Back in 1978, when restaurants and convenience stores were still rare in our area, the first "Udon Restaurant Henkotsu" opened its doors in Omika-cho, Hitachi City, Ibaraki. Since then, we've been passionate about enriching culinary culture, and thanks to the wonderful support from our community, we now proudly operate 9 locations across Ibaraki and Tochigi prefectures. Whether you're dining with family, friends, or enjoying a peaceful meal alone, we're committed to creating new and welcoming food experiences. Our Cuisine
We're a casual Japanese dining restaurant specializing in original udon and soba noodles made from our own specially blended flour. Our menu features creative noodle dishes packed with fresh local vegetables, crispy tempura made to order, fresh salads, and delicious appetizers. In our kitchen, we prepare everything from scratch—cutting vegetables daily and making our sauces in-house—to ensure every dish is as fresh and flavorful as possible.
